Entertainment Company leases Palms Office Suite
Chris Pollack of Miles Media and Prentice Penny of A Penny for Your Thoughts, Corp leased an office suite at 3679 Motor Ave, Los Angeles CA 90034. The mid century modern office building is located on Motor Avenue in the Palms neighborhood of Los Angeles just north of Downtown Culver City and Sony Studios.
The creative office suite will be occupied by writers and producers for HBO Premium cable channel. Culver City has been booming with demand and development. In addition to Miles Media and A Penny for Your Thoughts space, HBO signed on to take all of the office space at Ivy Station, a mixed-use project underway near the Expo Line in the city. Ivy Station should open in 2021, but HBO will probably be the first occupant in the office portion of the mixed use development, moving in sometime in 2020.
