Company Milestones

2011 — Vars Real Estate is founded as a property management company serving a family-owned commercial portfolio.

2014 — Expands into a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and opens its first Culver City office.

2015 — Relocates to a larger, more visible office on Overland Avenue to support continued growth.

2017 — Expands again into larger office space and celebrates the firm’s continued success with clients and community partners.

2017–2022 — Proud sponsor of the AVPA music program at Culver City High School and active supporter of local business and community organizations.

2020 — During the COVID-19 pandemic, constructs a new company headquarters by converting a warehouse into modern office space, demonstrating resilience during one of commercial real estate’s most challenging periods.

2025 — Transitions to a modern boutique brokerage model after leasing its former headquarters to a national corporate tenant, reflecting the increasing flexibility and technology-driven nature of today’s commercial real estate industry.
