Retail Clothing Store Leased in Culver City

A new retail clothing store leased space in southwest Culver City. Urban City Fashion recently signed a lease agreement at 5580 Sepulveda Boulevard in Culver City. Urban City Fashion is led by Freddy Jimenez and has been operating for several years as an online retailer, mostly selling through eBay. The Sepulveda Gateway retail store will be Mr. Jimenez’s first brick and mortar location. The store is located just one and half blocks from Westfield Culver City (formerly known as the Fox Hills Mall) on a very busy stretch of Sepulveda and Jefferson Boulevards.

Freddy will also buy your clothes if it’s fashionable urban wear. Culver City’s newest clothing store offers opportunities for both buyers and sellers of the latest fashions, as well as vintage items. The highly visible shop offers a small parking lot in the rear and metered parking along Sepulveda. The front exterior boasts large glass windows and ample signage. The interior will have dressing rooms and a variety of clothing racks to browse. The Grand Opening is scheduled for June 1, 2021 and will be a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Retail Clothing Store on Sepulveda Boulevard

The clothing store replaces a dry cleaner previously at that location and is situated next to a Tuxedo shop and just south of Sorrento Market. T-Shirts Warehouse is across the street and Big Lot’s is just south of that retail location. Urban City Fashion is leading the post-pandemic retail growth, particularity clothing stores, on this high traffic stretch of Sepulveda Boulevard in Culver City. Jon Varsano of Vars Real Estate represented the tenant and Scott Maudlin of Maud Properties representing the landlord.
