Two Businesses Moving to the Culver City Arts District
Barta Interiors and Off Code Men’s Grooming are opening locations on the 8600 Block of Washington Boulevard in the Culver City Arts District. Barta Interiors signed their lease in the 4th Quarter of 2025 and has been diligently working to create a beautiful interior design space. The location at 8634 Washington Blvd. will serve as Barta Interiors offices and retail storefront. The business owner, Janice Barta, has a creative vision for this high visibility corner space. The space is almost completed and we look forward to their Grand Opening. Off Code Men’s Grooming will be expanding their operations to include a second retail location at 8640 Washington Blvd. The managing partner, Raymond Manzur, is expanding beyond their original South Bay location and will bring his design sensibilities to the Culver City community. Off Code signed their lease in early 2026 and the crew at Off Code is also working hard to open soon. Jon Varsano of Vars Real Estate represented the Landlord and the Tenants in both of these transactions.
