Vars Real Estate adds Jake Olson to their commercial real estate team
Jake Olson is the latest addition to the team at Vars Real Estate. Jake earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from California State University, Fresno in 2013. He went on to serve in the California National Guard as an Aviation Officer attending U.S. Army flight school and was rated in the Chinook and Blackhawk helicopters. After serving overseas in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, Jake began his career in commercial real estate in Northern California where he negotiated 25 transactions amounting to $9,256,712 in sales in his first year. Mr. Olson previously worked as a real estate salesperson with Rand Commercial Properties in Modesto, California.
After a successful tenure in Northern California Jake relocated to Los Angeles to be closer to family. He currently studies American History at the University of Norwich College of Graduate and Continuing Studies. Jake is a highly motivated and disciplined real estate professional that offers clients energetic and astute representation in the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate market.
