Renew Juicery and Smart Simple Gourmet recently leased nearly 2000 square feet of wholesale food production and commissary space at 3731 Robertson Blvd in Culver City. Jonathan Varsano of Vars Real Estate represented both the Landlord and the Tenant on the lease transaction. The commercial food use location was formerly occupied by Juice Served Here which expanded its wholesale raw food production facility to a larger building in Los Angeles. Renew Juicery will operate a raw juice production kitchen and a retail market window service providing raw juice.

Linda Wong loves all things food and loves nothing better to be in the kitchen cooking, baking or perfecting her latest culinary creation. Street and Cellar Coffee is also available for purchase at the walk up window at 3731 Robertson Boulevard. Hand crafted blend of only the finest coffee beans from around the world.
